By accessing and using Memory in 3D's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Memory in 3D provides custom 3D figurine creation services from customer-provided photographs. Our services include:

• Photo analysis and 3D modeling
• 3D printing using premium polyresin materials
• Hand-finishing and quality control
• Packaging and delivery

3. Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance by Memory in 3D. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Photo requirements:

• Photos must be clear and well-lit
• Customer must own rights to submitted photos
• Inappropriate content will be rejected

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor.

5. Production and Delivery

Standard production time is 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. Rush production (24 hours) is available for an additional fee. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

6. Intellectual Property

Customers retain all rights to their submitted photographs. Memory in 3D may use product photos for marketing purposes unless customer opts out. Our 3D modeling process and techniques remain our proprietary property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Memory in 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
