You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange for any reason.
Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We accept returns for:

- Products that don't match the submitted photos
- Incorrect orders (wrong product shipped)
- Quality issues that don't meet our standards

Custom Product Notice
Since each figurine is custom-made from your photos, we cannot accept returns for subjective reasons such as personal preference or change of mind. We encourage you to review our gallery and examples before ordering to ensure our style meets your expectations.
Damaged During Shipping
If your figurine arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Keep all original packaging materials
- We'll expedite a replacement at no cost to you
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for return packages.
